Galvin at Windows

Saturday, May 27, 2006 - Sitting on the Serpentine side of the restaurant, with Hyde Park looking like a bed of freshly-washed broccoli in the spring rain 28 floors below, I am not sure what is more beautiful, the view or the menu I have just been given. Chris Galvin has spent many years on the Michelin treadmill trying out highly-evolved dishes at the likes of Orrery and The Wolseley.
