Each month a top chef dumbs down a recipe so that we mere mortals can have a stab at it. It could be a signature dish or a seasonal special. Either way it should get your stomach rumbling.
Cookbooks eh? So tempting in the shop but often so unused back at home. We taste a few each month to see if they’re worth your hard won wonga, having a go at the recipes and drooling over the pictures.
We have a resident wine expert, ready to illuminate the often weird world of wine. No it’s not Jilly Goolden, so don’t expect any evocative imagery drawn from the stables or girls’ private schools.
London’s alive with new restaurants and canapé parties. We go to them and report back so that you don’t have to. It’s a tough job etc etc.
