Waiters are nice and service is good but if you sit in a corner you will probably have to wait a while before the waiter comes back to ask what you want. But when it comes to the food, I think Ask needs to raise their game. Salad leaves needed to be fresher, mozzarella on the pizza lighter and tastier, ham was very salty.
