Strawberry Mint Chill

A fiery little number from the chic and stylish Indian restaurant MInt Leaf

Ingredients

Mint Leaves x 10 (approx)
Dash of sugar syrup ( Gomme syrup)
Dash of lemon or lime juice
Matuslaem rum classico (50ml)
1 dried de-seeded chilli
Strawberry liqueur 15ml
Strawberry puree 10ml
 
Method
 
Place mint leaves, de-seeded chilli,and sugar syrup in the glass and muddle together to extract mint flavours.
Fill the glass 3⁄4 full with crushed ice, add the run and lemon or lime juice then the puree and liqueur. Then place in more crushed ice.
To garnish cut a strawberry into a fan shape and then place a sprig of mint on the top to finish
