Afghan Chicken Shish

Aftgan Chicken Shish from David Azouri the founder and brains behind The Shish Restaurant Group.

Ingredients for 3 portions
500g of diced chicken thigh
50 ml of Olive Oil
1 Clove of garlic crushed
150g of natural yoghurt
1 lemon
Salt & Pepper

Method
Combine all the ingredients and for best results marinade the chicken overnight, skewer and grill for 10-12 minutes. Best served with salad and cous cous
