Bradys review by drbones

Not great. The Service was at best 'disinterested' and bordering on rude. The decor is not 'retro' it is run down and unloved; the flap on our table was held up with wine corks and kept threatening to collapse! The choise of fish was less than i'd been expecting after the reviews and did not seem to be particularly seasonal. The starters were just about ok (but expensive) but all three main courses ordered were grilled fish and all three were blackened and burnt to the point where they were almost inedible. Didn't bother with the desert after that. Extremely disappointing as it was a 60th birthday meal for my mum and at nearly £70 for fish and chips for three I was really expecting a great deal more. I think they have got complacent and stopped trying as they have such a reputation; bit of a touch of the emperor’s new clothes as well. I would not go anywhere near the place again; a dreadful experience.
