Yum Yum Thai Restaurant review by Amy McNeail

I went for a meal with friends. We had decided for this upmarket place, compared to our usual "Itto" restuarant we go to across the road. We wish we didn't in the end. Although the entrance, reception and general decor was impressive. The food and service was rather dissappointing.

The staff were pretty lack-less in character. Always seeming in a hurry but never really getting out the food. Our drinks, especially our wine, took a while to arrive at our table. The food, although pretty in appearance, warm luke warm when it arrived to our table, and didn't taste at all Thai (I have travelled around the region and I can say street-sellers food it more nicer, and the staff warmer and friendly - compared to YY).

I was dissappointed with the whole experience. Over priced and the waiters only seemed to care or come to attention when we were paying.
