The worst service I've ever had. We waited over 30 minutes to order drinks and it took 3 hours for pizza! To top it off the restaurant insisted they couldn't remove the "optional" 12.5% service charge (on top of the cover charge). The waitstaff was unfriendly and unapologetic about ignoring us for significant chunks of time. The food is actually pretty good, but I would never go back which is a shame.
