Soho Japan review by Doffy
I Went here for my birthday dinner earlier in the year, and it was the first time i have eaten here. I went with my uni friends and a friend of mine who came to visit me from japan. I left it to her to order, the dishes arrived relatively quickly but i was rather dissapointed by the meal. The takoyaki wasn't very good, and neither was our mains.
The restraunt did look very nice on the inside and out, it had a nice feel to it, staff were friendly but sadly the food wasn't as good as i expected (perhaps i went in with too high expectations are reading many reviews on here), that said the food was OK, im not trying to imply it was bad, but it just wasn;t as good as i had hoped.
Theres always been very many good comments about this restraunt and i am tempted to try it again and put the last visit as a one-off hopefully, will update again next time i do visit.
