Cru review by Anon

We were shown to our table with little enthusiasm from the head waiter. After trying to get someones attention we eventualy got a wine list . We waited along time for any food to arrive, no bread was given in the mean time.

I asked the music to be changed as it was not conducive to an eating environment more suited to a club, my request was ignored , I asked someone else to at least turn it down and he replied 'Its New Years Eve' and sneered at me.

The food arrive, the steak was poor quality and chewy. The vegetarian platter cost £15 and consisted of 3 tinned stuffed vine leaves, roasted pepper, 2 pieces of halumi, humus and 4 pieces of cold pitta. Three of us had the recommended fish stew consisting of 4 pieces of cubed fish, 4 prawns and a few muscles swimming in a luke warm vinger tasting liquid where the chef hadn't cooked the wine off. We couldn't bare to stay in there a moment longer, we paid and left , no apology was given... not one possitive thing to say about the place.
