Having visited this place for Sunday lunch, our first disappointment was learning that in fact we could only have "brunch" and our choices were limited to a very small breakfast type menu, which was served until 4pm. The disppointments then came thick and fast, in the form of an extremely rude maitre d', lazy, slow service from a bewildering number of different people, over-cooked steaks, burnt pudding and a cross-examination when we asked for the "discretionary service charge" to be removed from the bill.
