Momo review by Anon

Went to Momo's on Tuesday the 11th of March, I was very dissappointed in the lack of service if there was any. I have been to many bars, pubs and restaurants before, but this is one of the worst. Considering the fact that Momo is in central london you can only expect high prices, so fair enough.

I specifically went to Momo to see Hadar Manor's live gig, I was put on the guest list, yet they charged me for the entertainment. The first thing the waitress said to me was to move tables because the ones I sat at were reserved, only that they were reserved for friends of Hadar, which should therefore include myself, yet I was still asked to move. I ended up eating standing up.

I ordered a small dish, 2 cokes and 2 half-pints, the bill came up to £49 for one. And that excludes the extras:

- Cover Charges

- Live Entertainment (even though I was told it was free for those on guest list)

- Service Charge

And to top it off they included a portion of pitta bread which I never asked, they said it was included in the dish. WRONG. They even charged me for this.

The food was okay, although mostly dry as if it was cooked at least 4-5 hours in advanced.

The only thing that I was content with was the atmosphere, only because there was live entertainment.
