Not sure what standards of food and service those people who are giving 9 stars are actually used to. Maybe it is a 9-star place if you're used to chain restaurants or a meal-in-a-box from your local Co-op.
This place serves poorly designed and poorly cooked food - at prices that are far too high for the quality that is presented. The menu hasn't substantially changed for a couple of years and the seasonal variance is...nill. Sloppy staff who are really just bar hands and know next-to-nothing about food. Overly-slow preparation.
Uninspiring, over-priced (for what you get), poor service.
