Hmmm, Californian is not synonym of mexican, just to emphasize that.... The food in this restaurant is 100% mexican and, as a native, i can assure that. Regarding the fast service, this is not a bad sign, tacos are made really quick, so actually that is a positive thing. of course the service is not the best, i agree, but it is worth going there if you're home sick.
