1901 @ Andaz (formerly Aurora) review by anya

Myself and a friend recently had dinner at 1901. What a delight it was to be served by professional, knowledgable and friendly staff. The room is pure heaven, the space between the tables is something you rarely encounter in many restaurants these days. This ensures your conversations are kept private! Although the Easter Holidays had some impact on how busy the restaurant was on the night we dined. We are certainly not going to complain at having some peace and quite, we found it relaxing and had difficulty leaving at the end of the meal.

The food, well what can we say except it was tremendous, a variety of flavours, textures and colours. Imagination is obviously on the menu for this chef, we found it extremely difficult to make choices from the menu....we wanted to try everything! We can certainly reccommend the pork and pollock.

We will definately be back, this establishment is worthy of just more than one meal! We have eaten at quite a few of the restaurants in the City and have found this to be our firm favourite.
