I agree wholeheartedly with your reviews on the quality and value of 54.
My the friends and I have been many times and have found the staff attentive and the food absolutely delicious and reasonable.
I especially love the Sunday lunch that they do on the first Sunday of the month.
It has the easy going feel of a french Sunday lunch , mixed groups of laid back people., sharing the joy of home cooked tasting roast potatoes and all the trimmings. I really shouldn't be writing this as it will be booked up when I want to go next, so I will book now.
