went for lunch at Oriel, had to wait for a table for over 35 minutes after being told that the wait will be no more than 10 min...
Service was far for being efficient,had to wait over 25 min for my drink and the waiter told us that it was normal because they were busy!!!
no apologies given and when we ask for the manager,he told us that he was too busy to talk to us.....WILL never go back to that pretentious place.
