I haven't been to L'Oriel in years, but used to go there regularly in the late 90's when I lived in Kensington. My son used to say they had the best hamburgers he ever had! In those days, the service was excellent, usually local students with no attitude. Sadly, the last few years have seen an upsurge in haughtiness and snobbery and the latest reviews seem to bear that out.
