Thai Hut review by Steve Edwards

A cheap place to eat - the downstairs buffet is MUCH better than some of the horrors you come across in other parts of London. We went late at lunchtime, just before they closed - there was a plentiful supply of food, all of it hot and good quality, considering the price. The building is hidden away off Ludgate Hill in what is evidently an old public house, which is quite quaint. However, when we visited the atmosphere was poor - in that we were the only table in the place - and it's not a touch on Ekachai up at Liverpool Street but if you're in a rush and don't want to spend much, it's worth a look.

Decor could really do with some work though - felt a bit like a 70's imitation Greek Taverna!

Overall, a pleasant enough dining experience.
