Miyako (formerly Miyabi) review by B

Being a real fan of the restaurant, I booked my Birthday here. The service was fantastic, it was a really cosy atmosphere and the food was so so good. This time we were a bit greedy, ordering a bento box each, with a few extras on the side, as well as lots of wine followed by icecream! The sashimi melted in the mouth and it was all amazingly fresh. Being obsessed with Japanese food myself, I have tried many Japanese restaurants. I can assure you, especially if you live in east london that if you get a craving for sushi this is the best place. I really dont see that its any more expensive than other restaurants...the main expense as is everywhere is alcohol. It is totally possible to have a delicious set meal and a glass of wine for under £20.
