Our group of 5 visited Mandarin Kitchen on 20 July 2006. I recommend booking, as it was busy.
The food was excellent, particularly the Peking Duck. The lobster noodles, while very good, did not quite live up the hype.
Service and restrooms are about what you'd expect of any Chinese restaurant which focuses on its food.
