Roussillon Restaurant review by Tony
Visited this restuarant on a Saturday at the beginning of November and though the food and wine was goods, the service was appalling. Ordered the menu degustation, waited 40 minutes before a wine list came over. Yes, thats 40 minutes from indicating our choice, to being given a wine list. Halfway through the menu there was an 45 minute delay between courses...completely ruining the flow of the meal.
We were last to leave the restaurant by a great margin and rather than make a scene in front of my guests, I opted to write a letter of complaint asking what had gone wrong in the kitchen. 6 weeks later and no response. I will not be returning and unless i hear back from the restaurant soon, will ensure all my clients and contacts are aware how shoddy their attitude really is.
