Hi - this restaurant is great and the food is fantastic.... just double check they have your booking. I booked for a group of 6 on a friday, and spoke to the restaurant twice on the subject, however they had lost the booking when we turned up and could not accomodate us... was really disappointed as we really wanted to eat there - I suggest checking your booking before you go....

Hello, Tim here, owner of Kazans. I would like to apologise to the customer who posted this review and offer an explanation. Sadly, as there is a restaurant called Kazan (no S) in Pimlico, occasionally things like this happen. I asked all the staff involved with the booking and there was no record of a booking or of a phone call. In hindsight it is likely she spoke to their restaurant instead. I would theefore suggest double-checking in future, or using our website to book through.
We take an enormous amount of pride in our service, so to be rated like this is rather distressing... Sorry again, we look forward to hosting you in the future.
