Meal and atmospher was spoilt by a man cutting off his cock

Tuesday, April 24, 2007

Went there last Saturday evening.

At the door, the bouncer actually stood in my way and looked me up and down before letting me in. As a result, I wanted to go somewhere else but the friend with whom I went likes these wanky types of places so I had little choice.

But the waitresses are pretty. Everything else if crap.

I went there recently and am still shocked by what happended - between the first and second course a massice COCKROACH (the size of my index finger) fell on our table, from above, and ran accross the table. It can't get much worse than that. My two friends were determined to not let this spoil our evening so after the initial shock and panic we managed to get on with our meal. The waiter said "very sorry, building work going on above restaurant and didn't seem at all surprised by the cockroach" - a sign in my view that this was not the first one to show up. A bit later... panic two tables down where the cockroach had run up someone's leg!! They killed it. We all got back to our food. I have to say that what we had was delicious. I'm not mad about pizzas but these were just delicious and probably the best I've had in a while. Food there was good. What was not good was the service. We were not offered another table. No proper apology about the cockroach (I should also mention that there was water on one of the seats from a leak in the ceiling; not very nice for my friend to sit on). And when the bill came - no apology again, service included, no free drink, nothing. Unacceptable. I said I would pay but said what I thought about all this and stormed off. I didn't want to make a scene. All I got was "sorry, sorry, building work". I can still see that cockroach, it was awful. All it would have taken is some formal and genuine words of apology and an offer to move us. The fact we didn't get any of this seriously annoys me. I would be weary about going back in case there is a cockroach infestation!!

Awful. Dangerously under cooked pink chicken, took over 2 hours to get served and the manager was rude.

HORRIFIED diners watched in shock as a maniac sliced off his manhood in a crowded pizza restaurant.

The 35-year-old Pole burst into the Zizzi eaterie in central London and grabbed a knife from the kitchen.

Sales rep Stuart McMahon, who was eating supper with his girlfriend, said: “This guy came running in then charged into the kitchen, got a massive knife and started waving it about.

“Everyone was screaming and running out as he jumped on a table, dropped his trousers and popped his penis out. Then he cut it off. I couldn’t believe it.

“The staff were really upset and there was blood everywhere.",,2007180857,00.html#cid=OTC-RSS&attr=TheSun:News

I went here for my birthday and we booked a table for 12. We were very dissapointed with the service and the food. I had severe alergic reaction as there was nuts in the starters which the menu did not mention. When we asked the waitors they denied there was nuts in the food.

I dont think the waitors actually knew what nuts were- only few of the the waitors actually understood english. .The interior is very nice and mislead us to believe that this would be a nice city restaturant with top food and service.

The starters were average in taste. The main dishes were below what we would expect from even an average indian rest. Also The AC made all the food cold. We had a chicken passanda that tasted like vomit. We all thought the menu was far too expensive considering the food was poor.

I would not go there, ever again. Neither should you!

i don't know how to say about it. last time i went there with my mates, it is not vine leaf any more, it has been changed to joveta's cafe and restaurant. the chef of course is not italian, neither is the owner, but why do they still name it an italian restaurant?

moreover, when our food was served, it was not heat at all, and we didn't get any apology from the boss who is a black from angola.

the more unbearable is there was hair in both of my other mates' plates.damn it! it is not nice and healthy, i won't be going there!
