OXO Tower Brasserie

Quite nice food but definitely not a place to go to have a good time. As we were celebrating my daughter's 18th and her boyfriend's 21st I booked weeks ago on their web site and was told we could have a window seat. On arrival we were told would have to sit elsewhere (no explanation when I queried it) and we could not take 2 balloons in. The staff were snooty and off-hand - though not rude - and we were never asked whether everything was alright. We took one photo with a mobile phone whereupon a waiter immediately came along and told us this was not allowed. However he offered to take a picture with the restaurant camera before we left but never did. It took ages to get our bill and I doubt any of us will ever go back again.
