Toto's Restaurant

Toto's, so so. Nice place but stuffy. Too many business types with arm pieces. Too many sugar daddy's or gold diggers. The food was OK, the service was not bad. Overall perhaps highly priced for what it is. A blend experience overall.

Carpaccio

We went on a Tuesday evening for a nice diner for two. Our seating in the back corner of the room was great. The service was excellent and the food superb. Even midweek the place can get busy. The owner was obviously orchestrating the evening keeping an eye on everything and always sending a waiter at the right time. The beef carpaccio was excellent as well as other appetizers we got to try. The sea bass dish was incredible and the thin stack of filet steaks was a pleasant surprise. The bottle of wine, desserts, and coffees were all of the same high quality. The place had a great atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our outing.

We will return and highly recommend this restaurant.
