Friendly staff, good food, fantastic desserts and a nice change from your run-of-the-mill Italian "chain" restaurants that seem to pop up on every corner. Very enjoyable and would definitely go there again.

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (Clapham)
Ate here once about a year ago and it was very good. Not any more though. There were only four other people dining when our party of five went in over the Easter weekend so you would think they'd be able to get everything right. But no.. They messed up a milkshake order, burned at least two of the buns, burned some of the veg in one of the Camembert/veg burgers, the butternut squash burger had fat oozing out of it and the chips were also too greasy. The person taking our order was extremely unhelpful and the whole meal still came out at poor value for money even though we'd used 2for1 and free fries+dip vouchers. Oh, and when we were seated by the door and asked if we could move to somewhere warmer (there was a draught) we were told no, even though the whole place was empty!
