I suggest that the Chef finds a new Butcher, or stops being so frugal. This was my second meal here and the Lamb Shank was old enough for Mutton to be considered youthful. The first meal was a tasteless chateaubriand for two, again such poor quality that it makes a mockery of all the money the owners have spent creating what is a really very nice space. The Chips are good, i'll give them that, but the menu is too big for a local joint, and hence I imagine shortcuts have been made in sourcing the more costly ingrediants. A shame really, as Wapping deserves better.
