Sushi Hiroba

great place to have sushi and other japanese dishes such as curry, teriyaki, and katsu. imo, the rolls aren't very good, but sushi and sashimi are quite fresh. the consistency of the rice is always on the dot. the freshness and tastiness salmon, yellowtail and eel in particular never disappoint. love that they serve miso soups and tea piping hot.

nice modern decor with warm colours.

business is good in general (sometimes we need to wait 15-20 mins to be seated, without reservation on a weekday) and the staff are welcoming and attentive.

my experiences with sushi hiroba have been great thus far, and i'll definitely be going back soon. highly recommend!

very good food! quite pleased with my experiences here overall. bulgogi, galbi and dwenjang chigae are my favourites. jap chae was a bit too greasy for my liking. side dishes were great. generous and kind staff. only negative point: wish they would redo the bathrooms soon. in any case, will be coming back for more, definitely.
