Absolutely appalling. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. This restaurant might have been wonderful 'back in the day' but certainly not now. The name certainly does not justify the very high prices. The Menu could hardly be described as traditional Italian more what they can make money from. The food was basic and could have been cooked better by the average person at home. For example, chips were not even hand made but from a packet - even though they were sprinkled with 'designer' herbs! The wine list was overpriced and anyone with some common sense would know they could pick up a better bottle for around a tenner in Majestic or Laithwaites.This is a restaurant that needs to learn what good food is about and provide some in order to justify the price tag!
