Sticky Fingers

Having previously been to Sticky Fingers on a busy Saturday night, my visit on a mid week lunchtime was appalling. I suggested going here for lunch because we had such a great time here previously, we were surprised how quiet the place was but it was Thursday lunchtime. Apart from the 2 of us only 3 or 4 other tables were occupied. After being seated we waited 15 before anyone approached us to ask for our order. After we had ordered we waited another 15 minutes before our starters arrived which we didn't mind, what we did mind however was that we had now been in the restaurant for 30 minutes and we still had no drinks. I pointed this out to the waitress when she bought over the starters, at which she let out a massive sigh and turn away from us saying that she wasn't our waitress. Five minutes later our drinks arrived - finally. To top it all off the mains arrived before we had even finished our starters. Sticky Fingers used to be a place that I would recommend for people to go to, now I would warn you all not to go - unless you have plenty of time to spare and don't mind dying of thirst!
