This place just keeps on getting better and better. The food is absolutely exquisite and I can honestly say that there is something for everyone. I go almost every weekend and have yet to have less than delightful experience. The service is relaxed and warm, the music appropriate and tantalisingly eclectic. Since its refurbishment, the kitchen has become a real centre-piece, a theatre framing Steve's culinary wizardry. You can be mesmerised by fish being seared and sugar being spun to crown your dessert. But, alongside the spectacle. there is also an charming honesty about the cooking...all their techniques are laid bare. Here are two guys who are passionate about what they do and that comes through in the dining experience at del parc. The wine is organic, reasonably priced and the selection refreshing for London. The bredth of the menu offered each night means that you can spend as little or as much as you like (although, be warned that restraint is hard to muster when faced with so many delicious options). This place is an absolute must for those who love their food and love taking time to enjoy a meal (or a selection of tapas) in friendly and convivial surroundings.
