Myself and four friends popped into Byron on a wednesday night whilst shopping in westfield expecting to get a relatively quick and tasty meal, however the service was soooo slooowwww.....

The waiter was friendly but our drinks didn't come for almost 15 minutes, even though we had been staring at them on the counter and trying to get the waiter's attention to bring them to our table (it wasn't that busy in the restaurant!) Then he only brought the first two drinks over and bizarrely on his way back to the counter he started taking an order from another table! We had to wave to get him to bring the other two drinks over. When the food finally arrived approx 40 minutes after ordering, the burgers were tiny and two of them were cold. Add to this that nobody brought our fries over, so after 5 minutes we complained and got them to take it all back and give us new burgers. They promised to hurry and at this point we thought everything would be fine, but they took another 15 minutes to cook the new burgers and then when they arrived (still small), we were missing one order of fries which we had to ask for and eventually it arrived cold and we had to ask them to replace again.

The staff were friendly and accomodating enough, but my burger had a soggy bun and by this point none of us could be bothered to complain anymore. We were surprised when they actually tried to charge us full price for the meal! We asked for a discount and got about 40% off but the whole experience was hilariously awful. Good points were the decor and the milkshakes, which were amazing, but I would never go back to this place and wouldnt recommend it to anyone else. There are lots of much nicer and cheaper gourmet burger restaurant alternatives on the market.
