Prezzo (Marble Arch)

You know where you are with Prezzo. The food is good with decent choices on the menu to satisfy most tastes. It is the same here....... BUT the service is pretty poor. We had to ask several times for more cutlery and 3 times for drinks ( a glass of tap water took 15 minutes to arrive) they also seemed to be confused with the order and produced an extra main course we hadn't ordered.

The staff all looked pretty miserable and surly. Not a smile in sight! When we asked for an irish coffee we were told that " the barman is not very professional" so we couldn't have one. ( I think there may have been a translation problem).

We didn't feel the service was worth the 10% added onto our bill, so we didn't pay it.

It was an experience...
