What can you say about a 3 star restaurant?

Well, it's 3 stars for a reason - and anyone who has had anything less than mind-blowing food simply doesn't have the eating intellect to understand what balanced flavours are. The experts know best when dishing out the stars (pun intended) and this is certainly the case with hopsital road. One of the few 3 stars in the UK, I can personally confirm that after 3 visits here over recent years everything about hopsital road proved to be amazing. This is one of my faveourite uk restaurant experiences.

Hot foie gras starter was a memorable event (before my pescetarian-ism days) as was the wine list and sommelier.

Absolutely flawless service - in fact the best service i've ever witnessed - the people who go in the kitchens and bring out paradise on a plate aren't allowed to your table, separate waiters collect from them so that waiters are never 'off the floor' and despite this no harassing either.
