Dial Bar & Restaurant
Went here on a Theatre/Meal gift experience. Seated quickly but not asked for our coats on reception, which left us to place our coats on the backs of our chairs. Was seated in the middle of the room near a pillar, which was okay but obstructed our view a little of the room. We ordered starter, a soup and fishcake. Soup was a massive portion - too big for starters and the fishcake was presented well but lacked the main ingredient! Main course was nothing to be inspired of with the usual combination of flavours. Lamb was lamb and veg was veg. We sent the chicken in breadcrumbs (kiev) back as the meat was very pink. Waitress did apologise on her way back to the kitchen. No sooner did my boyfriend put down his cutlery did his plate get cleared away.
Overall? Rushed service, £5.00 for water, no coat reception or collection from the staff. Never coming back.
