I took some clients for an informal lunch having eaten at the place before. We all ordered our steaks. Out of the 5 orders 2 came up over done. The steaks were taken back and returned with the new ones, but again one was over cooked.
Naturally the staff offered to take off the two main courses off the bill. However, without having asked the maitre d' did not charge us a penny for the entire meal.
I will definitely go back as the steaks when cooked as requested are the best in town and the staff at Broadgate are exceptional.
