Porters English Restaurant

Ate here on Sunday with my wife and children. We all had roast beef, which was not cheap but worth it. I guage Sunday roast on whether my seven year old eats it, she did. A big plate of thick sliced, pink sirloin with plenty of veg, potatoes and yorkshire pud; we will return when next in Covent Garden.

Sophie's Steakhouse (Covent Garden)

Ate here last week with two clients, we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Good, polite, efficient service; decent wines and nice food. Over-priced liqueur coffees. Well worth a go. Also a nice place for a late drink.

Cote (Tavistock St)

I have been to this Cote twice and have found the same thing on both occasions. It is certainly value for money, the food is perfectly adequate but the service was stretched outside. This is a good chain restaurant but sit inside.
