Spaghetti House (Knightsbridge)

Utter disappointment

This spaghetti house used to be my favourite branch of the chain, having tried a few of the branches I felt that this one was very authentic and I enjoyed going there every time. BUT this time I was extremely disappointed, not only did the prices increase at the branch, the portions became smaller, the service was slow and the waiters were not only not helpful but rude it was also very difficult to get hold of them it seemed they were more happy to serve their Italian customers than us.

We ordered two vegetarian pizzas during the interval the first one was quite good, rather oily but acceptable, we ordered another one later but it was very salty and a lot was burnt!

But the worse they served us foul tasted asparagus, the taste was sour and awful. We returned the food to them, the manager offered another one but we did not trust them any more. A very disappointing meal the worse thing is that the manager did not try to compensate our lunch he just cancelled the order but nothing else was done, no apologies when we left, very disappointing this used to be one of my favourite restaurant. NEVER WILL I RETURN, and I will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone ever again!!!!
