Terrible, a real shame.

The menu looks great and the write ups tempting, but too busy to handle their own Bank holiday Monday service (Food wise).

The waitress was very nice but the food bad, very slow to arrive and then for my main Slow roast Pork Belly - The Black Pudding was cold in the middle !! Cold uncooked Black Pudding ? Yuck !

Having had two main meals from our table sent back cold - strike rate of 50%, the waitress said at the end that they were happy to remove the service from our bill ..... We are not freebie hunters but to offer to take off "our" gratuity, rather presumptuous!

As we left my friend commented "it isn't good when you walk out of a restaurant and say Shame !" - How true.

Although I will try again, as this pub is in a good location with easy parking and has a good décor and a very nice feel when inside, perhaps it was not a good day.
