Red Dog Saloon

I have visited here several times now and made a point of telling friends about their wings who have also travelled over town for them. I actually think they are the best I have ever had! Rest of the menu good including the steamed prawn starter.

The staff and the owner are really great. Although I have to agree with the comment below (I was shocked at how rude and surly the manageress was on the last visit).

Great place and I wish it well.

The Bull & Last

Food standard good (although I think the Cote De boeuf should have been around £10 cheaper at £60+ it was a tad overpriced). Drinks selection decent. Nice greeting etc although we were sat on a tiny seat for 2 and our extras and stuff when they came had to either go on the bar or the floor (a bad attention to detail of service when paying those prices). Having said that I would return.
