Been here quite a lot with groups of friends, large/small and just a couple of us - Basically before you go, you need to know what you are letting yourself in for to enjoy it - and to do so you have focus on the good things that are: the food; the price; and BYO booze which helps with the price. If you do that some of the most poor service and rude staff that I have ever witnessed become slightly comical, rather than an irritant. Overall the good outweigh the bad - but for a fast, cheap and tasty bite to eat with friends in a lively/disorderly atmosphere its a good option.
