The most terrible service I've experienced in a long time - are the staff not permitted to speak to you? Are they mutants? Or are they deliberately trained to be as cold, unfriendly and as obnoxious as possible? Waiter didn't know where the fish was sourced, how it was cooked, what the side vegetables were, just shrugged, and wasn't about to go and find out. The other staff (had three different people attend our table) gave us our meals in silence, never checked, cleared without asking, drinks orders not taken, no please, thank you. Silence. Ruined our meal. Wanted to go here for a while and was thoroughly disappointed. Told the waiter how terrible the service was and to remove the service charge from the bill, very aggressive response. Manager fairly unsympathetic.
