Bread Street Kitchen

Our departmental lunch today and boss treated us to Bread Street Kitchen Gordon Ramsay's latest place. Really impressed. Started with cocktails in the bar on the ground floor and then climbed the magnificent staircase to the first floor where there is an amazing restaurant. It's so uber cool! Fab music and the decor is so vintage and sat on chairs like we used to have at school. The service was really fluid and our waitress talked us through the really diverse menu. For me my Scallops stater and posh shepherds pie was perfect and I still had room for the most amazing chocolate tart. Just a really nice atmosphere and I got chatting to the table next to us who were really friendly and they ALL had the infamous burger which they were raving about. Even the toilets were cool. A wonderful experience and the food, drinks, service and general atmosphere made me feel really cool and welcome. Suffice to say finished up with more cocktails at the upstairs bar as no need to dash back to work!
