Tamada
We are fortunate enough to live walking distance from Tamada the food is delicious and unusual and the atmosphere welcoming. Last week I tried something a little different. A friend and I signed up for one of the cookery classes given by the owner Tamara, I have enjoyed the starters prepared with walnuts so much that I wanted to learn how to prepare them myself. We had a terrific afternoon, two hours was gone in a flash we were having so much fun, just the three of us. Max for any class is four. At the end we sat down with a glass of delicious Georgian wine, nibbled a little of what we had produced and some delicious cheese bread cooked by Tamara. She was really interesting and informative to talk to and you don't need professional culinary skills. A lesson with her would make a great present if you were stuck for something a little different. At the end we took home what we had cooked and gave a supper party for six starting and starring with stuffed aubergine, spinach ball and the redbean dip.
