Kiraku

My husband and I were delighted to discover Kiraku, because it's truly a gem of a restaurant. With wonderfully friendly service, a warm atmosphere, and dishes cooked to perfection, it's definitely one of our favourite restaurants.

Their pared back approach to cooking allows the freshness of the ingredients to stand out and the dishes are an utter delight. From their fantastic aubergine with miso sauce, to their delicately delightful sashimi carpaccio salad with garlic olive oil, their balance of flavours is superb.

Other favourites include their amazingly light tempura moriawase, rainbow rolls, their melt-in-the-mouth agedashi tofu, and their wonderful pork skewers. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!
