Ceviche

i really liked the causas, i tasted two and loved them i'm peruvian, studying my masters here, gotta say pisco sour was good too!! congratulations!! the only suggestion i've got is the service... some people weren't friendly at all and my country PERU is all about warm people, i think is very important to transmit that vibe, if you treat clients really good they will be delighted even if the food wasn't that good (which is not the case) so go for it because that would really empower CEVICHE. i guess prices were alright as it is Soho but then the portions could get a little bit bigger? anyway i felt really happy about the environment and the música criolla. :)
