Booked through the restaurant's own website and there was 30% off food offer. But discount wasnt applied on the bill. When I called back after checking that the discount was not applied, staff I spoke to was adamant that if you dont get the discount if you dont mention it when you order and they wont give me the discount now even after I explained that it wasnt on the website that I had to mention it myself. But nowhere did it say that on the website or terms and conditions. That soured a nice experience as I would not have booked if the discount offer was not available. Extremely disappointed as we followed every single term ie getting there before 6.30 and ordering a certain amount of drinks and food. Will not be going back. A shame that the customer satisfaction rates so low in their priority.
