Glass Restaurant

The Glass Restaurant was lovely although initial impressions were not great. Thankfully the situation was quicly rectified by a very on the ball manager who was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. He did seem to have his work cut out for him as the staff seemed a little inexperienced but nevertheless they were very friendly. Food was nice and good value with the deal.

Royal China (Baker Street)

Best Dim Sum in London, there are actually two pretty much next door to each other, after many a taste test (hard work I know) we have decided that the Royal China Club (the one with the lobster tank) is slightly better quality, although you pay a slight premium for it. Excellent value for money and endless tea is offered.

Aubergine

Whenever my girlfriend and me fancy a big blowout we get ourselves down here. Up there with Ramsay and Pied a Terre as the most consistent and best restaurants in London. Always have the tasting menu and never been dissapointed. Not cheap but to be honest I would prefer to dine once a month here rather than an average restaurant once a week. Only drops a couple of marks for atmosphere as it can be quiet sometimes.

Michael Moore

Work just around the corner so have popped in quite a few times. Always good food and Michael is fab, always pops upstairs to say hello. Only thing is please get some comfier chairs!

Fine Burger Co. (Marylebone)

Use this place as a quick lunchtime "get out the office". Burgers are quite good, not up to Black and Blue standards down the road but then again they are cheaper. Service can be patchy and was pretty much non existent when we went today but decent enough.

The Chutney

Always friendly service and good quality food. Not just the old "high street" menu but some standout dishes including, I thikn it's called Chum Chum chicken, to start.

Recognise their locals and usually treat us to a free booze!
