Eh...don't go for the summer lunch offer. The waiters make you feel like rubbish.

St John Bread & Wine

You can't fault the quality of the food, but customer service is another matter, so much so that I won't return.

I made a booking for 9 people for a birthday celebration. I was not told that if the number rose to 10 then we would all have to choose from the feasting menu - in other words no choice whatsoever. When I called to increase the booking we ended up with an exceptionally limited choice of food for all courses. I was the customer - not the restaurant owner!!

As for the bill, it took the waiter 3 attempts to get the correct bill. Such a pity!

Food was excellent but the service could be improved. It seemed to take them ages between courses.

Tiger Tiger

Went there last weekend. I thought the food was quite good - but service was a bit slow. Having said that, the restaurant was packed with hen parties.

Interesting to eat with loud music playing in the background.

Thai Square (Mansion House)

We went for lunch.

Food was fine, but the service was very poor. I couldn't understand what the waitresses were saying half the time. Attitude, attitude. As for service charge - shouldn't that be discretionary? I don't mind paying for good service but that should be at *my* discretion. I challenged the manager about this - he replied with the typical London response - none.

Doubt we'll be back.
